When does it start and how long does it go for?+
For the June 2026 launch, your cohort begins Tuesday 14 July 2026, with a live opening call on the Cancer New Moon. Your Strategic Roadmap process begins in your first month, and your six months run through to the end of January 2027 (this accounts for a two-week break over Christmas).
It's a six-month minimum commitment, then renews in six-month blocks for as long as the work keeps serving your business.
Do you offer payment plans?+
The standard pricing is a monthly payment plan across six months. There's also a pay-in-full option with a small saving. If you need an alternative arrangement, email and we'll see what's possible.
What currency do you charge in?+
All pricing is in USD. You can use xe.com to check the latest conversion, but your bank will process the exact amount in your local currency.
How do I join?+
Submit your application below. Once Kathryn reviews it, you'll be invited to a short call to confirm fit. If the Mastermind is the right next step, you'll receive enrolment details and join the next cohort cycle.
Who is this for?+
Experienced astrologers, astrology-led practitioners, and holistic business owners with at least two to three years of practice, an engaged audience, and a real desire to fix their business model.
Can I join if I weave astrology with other modalities?+
Yes. Many members are coaches, healers, therapists, or strategists who use astrology as part of their work. The model fixes apply equally.
Can I join if I'm not yet a professional astrologer?+
If you're in your first six months of paid practice, the Level 1 Business Astrology Certification is a better fit. The Mastermind is for practitioners who already have skills, audience, and results, and need to fix the business model around them.
What happens after my application is accepted?+
You receive a welcome email with onboarding details, your Strategic Roadmap questionnaire is sent, and your first 1:1 session is scheduled. In early July you're added to the Circle community and start attending live calls.
What time will the group calls be?+
This Mastermind is built for a global community across the USA, Canada, the UK and Europe, and Australia. Calls run in North America-friendly hours: Tuesday mornings Australia time (9am my time, roughly 2:30 to 6:30pm Monday in the USA). We also run a Thursday morning call for the UK and European timezone (around 9 to 10am CET).
Can't make a call? No stress. Every session is recorded, and you can pre-submit your questions.
Are 1:1 sessions included?+
Both tiers include two 90-minute 1:1 Strategic Roadmap sessions (initial and refinement), plus your detailed written Roadmap. Lunar tier members receive three additional 90-minute 1:1 mentoring sessions across the remaining five months.
How much time should I expect to commit each week?+
It depends on your stage of business and how much space you can devote right now. Together we'll create a custom plan that fits your lifestyle and energy, so you make consistent progress without pressure or burnout.
For the live calls, set aside around 90 minutes each week. Implementation time varies week to week.
What happens after the six months are over?+
You can renew in six-month blocks for as long as the Mastermind serves your business. Many members renew for the next phase of their growth, moving to the next level of curriculum and going deeper.
Do you offer refunds?+
