Six months ago I was following everyone else's strategies. Now I have my own.
When Bec joined, her astrology income was occasional: $99 birth chart readings and a single mentoring client. Six months later she had repositioned to her signature Business Direction Blueprint at $295, delivered seven of them, and launched her own signature offer, the Business Alignment Accelerator, at $1,200.

Already practising, ready to reposition
If you have clients and credibility, and the income still doesn't match what you're worth.
She stopped giving away six hours, and started holding her price.
Alessandra came to the Mastermind with years of study behind her and clients who kept coming back, and no business underneath any of it. She was spending up to six hours preparing and delivering a single reading, for a fee that came nowhere near the work. A handwritten report that had grown from two pages to six. A ninety-minute session that ran to two and a half, because she could not bring herself to stop. She was giving everything in the first session because she was frightened there would not be a second one.
We raised her price by one step she could stand behind rather than the leap that felt impossible, and set a real ninety-minute container, because the work was never too deep, it was priced as though it were not. When she asked in June whether she should broaden out of her specialism, I told her that was fear wearing a strategic costume. By September she had a public business account in two languages, a rebrand, a newsletter going out twice a month, a named offer of her own, one day a week for the business negotiated with her manager, and her own booth at a holistic fair in her own town, where she read for fourteen people and one family came back across three generations.
There is no dramatic revenue number at the end of this story, and I am not going to invent one. Six months is a short time in business time. What she has is a price she can hold and a public face, and that is what the money gets built on.

I go on in this path. And if they want, I'm here. If they don't want, there will be someone else who will take this place.
I'm just seeing now some of the seeds which are under the ground. Starting to see some plants, little green plants coming out. And one thing that you taught me and I am integrating is not be in a rush and not expect outcomes overnight, and to just move with my energy, to move with the universe, how it's guiding me.
If I just think about six months ago, I would never say that would happen in my life. So I just see a sort of road in front of me.

I don't get resistance to the price, because of how I position the value.
Barbara came to Kathryn's programs as an established coach and astrologer with a corporate career behind her, charging $200 a session. She stopped selling readings, in her words she no longer uses the word, and built a diagnostic session instead: questions completed beforehand, the session tailored to the answers, and a clear next step at the end of it.
Her front-door session is now $750, with a ninety-day container behind it and a retainer behind that. Over the year after she made the change her revenue doubled, her average client engagement grew fivefold, and her close rate sat near 100 per cent. Her longest retained client has been with her eighteen months.
Where it led: she now presents to the Mastermind on building a premium advisory brand.
I've moved completely away from 'readings'. I don't even use that word anymore.
My biggest advice to astrologers is to bring in their past experience as a way to reposition themselves and establish credibility, especially if they are focusing on business astrology.

My coaching credentials and my corporate sales experience have been a huge credibility factor.

I built the frameworks for my Find Your Spark Reading and my signature offer, The Illuminated Path, and started writing the sales copy. I now have a website strategy and the work to build it lined up, an Instagram content plan I still like, a photographer whose work feels right, and the business foundations sitting underneath all of it. And I've continued on to Level 2.
Nothing has launched yet, and that's okay. For the first time, everything I'm building has a clear shape and somewhere to go.

I really enjoyed the way Kathryn presented the coursework via the online portal. She included access to the workbooks and a weekly video to kick off the week, then we met on a group Zoom call to review the material and any questions we had.
