You’ll receive ample time for a sleep-in or morning swim or yoga and time in the afternoon to nap, relax by the pool, or go exploring.

Through deliberate embodied astrology practices we’ll deepen our connection with astrology and our natal chart and you'll gain so much clarity about where you want to head in your business and life.
We’ll have have a team to support your experience and help ensure all the logistics flow as planned.
The FLOW of the retreat
Arrive
Arrive the Sunday afternoon before the first full day, settle into your room and relax or explore before we meet for our first circle where we'll explore our synastry charts for this retreat followed by a shared dinner.
Bond
From the first evening, we’ll bond as like-minded women. Over oracle cards, circle shares, astrology practices, and delicious food we’ll build this connection.
Share
We’ll create a supportive and safe environment to allow you to slow down and open up, sharing whatever is present with you in the moment and helping you move through whatever comes up.
Learn
We’ll add some additional astrology tools and techniques to our toolkit that we can bring into our own retreats, workshops, or courses.
Vision
We’ll invoke our most aligned vision for how we want to be seen, heard, and recognised at the Leo New Moon.
Explore
We’ll provide you with opportunities to explore be it the gorgeous beaches, shopping, visiting a cenote, or join a trip to Chichen Itza or the Tulum ruins.
Relax
There will be daily free time to get a massage, have a nap, swim in the sea or read a book.
Depart
We'll finish with a closing circle to set our intentions and ground our energy before integrating back into our lives.

Garden Apartment - King Bed
Residentially styled and combining the best of the town and the jungle vibe, with a full kitchen and luxury spa-like bathroom featuring marble mosaic walls and wood-planked floors.
The smartly designed street-facing Alaya apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of our main building.
With stone walls, natural Mexican architecture, and handmade wood furnishings, the apartments feature one king bed and banquette seating for in-room dining.

Garden Villa - King Bed
Stay in these unique villas that offer an intimate natural environment with partial ocean views.
Set slightly further back on the property, enjoy garden views from the 400-square-foot covered deck separated by a large glass door that connects the outside with the inside.
Sleep well in the king bed fitted with crisp linens and enjoy the luxurious bathrooms with high-pressure rain shower heads, marble mosaic walls, and wood-planked floors for a spa-like feel.

Partial Ocean View - 2 Double beds
These elegantly designed suites have a partial ocean view just 45 meters from the sea.
The spacious and unique indoor/outdoor deck has a large sofa.
These suites feature two oversized full beds – each bed has its own closet.
The bedrooms have beautiful handmade wood floors and oversized windows to enjoy the radiant sunlight.
The bathrooms are overly spacious and are equipped with a separate toilet room and a separate shower room with changing area.
The shower has marble mosaic walls, pressured rain show heads and wood planked floors. The sink counters are mosaic marble with handcrafted wood sinks and an oversized mirror.
Enjoy your view while looking out of your room through two walls of classic bi-folding wood and glass doors.

I'm so excited that we are finally beyond the "covid years" and Jupiter in Capricorn and we can travel freely again!
I always wanted to include a retreat as part of the astrology certification and I'm so excited to meet as many students in person as possible.
I've been running retreats for many years around Australia and I have traveled on retreat to Tulum (twice!), Santa Fe, San Francisco, Bali, and Italy.
I understand how to perfectly balance connection, rest and relaxation, and learning into a beautiful retreat experience.
What's Included
4 nights Accomodation
You can opt to share a room with a fellow sister or have a room all to yourself.
Delicious Meals
We will have two dinners away from the resort as well as nourishing in-house meals.
No breakfast or lunch on day 1 and only breakfast on departure 5.
Return Transfers from Tulum Airport
Your transport from the airport to the retreat venue is covered to help you ease into your trip.
Daily Asana Yoga
There will be an option to participate in morning yoga classes if you feel called.
Astrology Workshops
We'll have three sessions one of which will focus on Mayan Astrology and two others that allow us to engage with our chart in an embodied way.
Leo New Moon Ceremony
We’ll create our most aligned vision for how we want to be seen, heard, and recognised at the Leo New Moon as well as connect with the local goddess Ixchel.
Quetzal Sound Healing
Partake in an enveloping sensorial therapy that combines a cacao ceremony, sound meditation and aromatherapy.
Pre & Post Retreat calls and What's App group.
We'll connect prior to the retreat via zoom and explore our astrocartography for this location.
We'll have a Private WhatsApp Group for communication before, during and after the retreat and have a final integration call once we return home.

Optional Excursions
We have a couple of optional excursions.
We'll visit the Tulum Ruins where we can connect with Goddess Ixchel and the ancient energy of this land as well as journey to the Gran Cenote where we can go snorkeling with tortoises.
There is also the option to join the group for a full-day tour to Chichen Itza and a cenote.
The price includes transportation and entrance fees.

We have space for up to 15 women and I promise you that the retreat will have a feeling of connection, relaxation, inspiration, adventure, and fun.
I’m an introvert who finds attending events where I don’t know people a little daunting - so don’t worry I’ve got your back and myself and my team will make sure you feel included and supported.
I’ve built in time for morning lie-ins, afternoon naps, and the choice to pick and choose certain activities.

FAQs
What are Mexico's Covid Requirements?
International travel to Mexico is currently permitted. There are currently no requirements in place, such as quarantine or health testing.
Other medical measures
All passengers are subject to health screening on arrival, such as temperature checks and visual assessment. Further health testing may be required for those displaying symptoms of COVID-19.
We of course hope that this doesn’t happen. In the event that it does, we will notify everyone who has signed up for the retreat and provide any updates. In this event, a change of dates could be necessary and so travel insurance is necessary.
Partners and children can come but we ask that you understand that they are not able to attend retreat activities, excursions, or meals.
Although it may not always be possible to get time away from our kids I do recommend that you gift yourself this time and space alone, it might feel a bit scary or even a bit selfish but it will pay off exponentially.
If you bring family members, please be prepared to spend most of your time during the retreat NOT with them
Before 12th May 2022
If you need to cancel for any reason we will refund you the amount paid minus a 20% deposit fee if you cancel before 12th May 2022.
13th May - 12th July
If you need to cancel between 13th May-12th July you will receive a 50% refund.
From 12th July 2023
no refunds can be provided.
For this reason, travel insurance is highly recommended.
We recommend flying into Cancun International Airport (CUN) and consider arriving a day or two early and spending a few nights in Cancun to allow your body and nervous system to acclimate.
Refund Policy
Due to the high cost nature of this event and the requirement to pay sizeable deposits to the venue the follow policy is strictly applied
Before 12th July
a 25% refund of monies paid will be provided.
From 12th July 2023
no refunds can be provided.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
