Are you feeling stuck in your business right now? Don’t worry! I’ve been there myself – many times before!
Honestly, I felt stuck in my business just a couple of weeks ago. I felt unsure of my future direction and overwhelmed by all of the choices and decisions that needed to be made.
But instead of staying in the feeling of being stuck, I dedicated a full day to strategic planning. I revisited all of the information that I had from my previous clients and community. I sent out new surveys to gather more relevant information. And I went through all the piles of ideas that I’ve had in the past.
And holy goddess, this got me out of my funk so quickly!
Not only did this help me to get clear on my newest offerings (you’ll be hearing about these soon) but it also gave me insight into the two main reasons why you might feel stuck in your business too!
I believe it all comes down to:
- Being able to come up with good ideas (and executing them well)
- Successfully launching your idea into the world (with maximum impact and minimum stress)
Can you relate to both of these situations? Maybe one more than the other? Well in this blog post I’m going to describe why these are problematic for your business and how to move past them…
Are you struggling to come up with good ideas?
Let me start by asking you some questions:
- Are you stuck on creating your next offering?
- Do you struggle to come up with ideas in your business?
- Are you worried about how to structure your offering?
- Do you struggle with pricing your offerings?
- Are you experiencing lots of mindset blocks and limiting beliefs?
- Do you get stuck when it comes to creating content?
- Are you stuck on your sales page and not sure how to move forward?
- Do you feel like you need some expert advice when it comes to your offering?
- Are you unsure what membership site or tools and resources you should use?
- Are you unsure what to include in your offering?
If you answered YES to more than five of these questions then it’s safe to say that you’re struggling to come up with good ideas OR struggling to execute your idea well.
But don’t worry, you’re not alone. This is exactly why I created the e-Course Idea Generator – because my community were really struggling with coming up with ideas.
But now that we’ve identified that this is the place where you are feeling stuck in your business, we can work through it!
Here are some ways to do that…
Do some market research
You don’t have to come up with all the ideas in your business on your own. In fact, most of my ideas actually come from my clients and community. Let me tell you how…
I am constantly surveying my community in order to see what they need and what they want from me.
When I’m in conversation with clients, I’m always taking note of the problems that they’re experiencing and the language that they use to describe it.
And when I have a few ideas for offerings, I always put the vote to my community… making it super easy to decide what idea to move forward with.
So next time you’re stuck on an idea – ask your community and listen really intently to their responses!
Have some energy clearing
Sometimes the reason that we’re stuck on an idea is because we have some kind of block that’s lodged itself in our energetic system (I talk more about the energetic system here and here!) When we’re feeling blocked on an energetic level, we need to clear it in order to move forward.
Get some expert feedback
Like I said before, you don’t have to come up with all the ideas in your business by yourself. Sometimes you just need an outsider’s perspective in order to reflect the things that you might not be seeing. This is exactly why I created the Pick My Brain Clarity Session – which you can check out right here!
Are you struggling to launch your idea into the world?
Once again, let me start by asking you some questions:
- Do you have a product or offering that you are wanting to launch?
- Are you unsure of what you want your launch to look like?
- Do you feel lost when it comes to picking launch dates?
- Are you feeling stuck on what launch activities to include?
- Do you cringe at the thought of creating a launch calendar?
- Are you secretly wishing that you didn’t have to go through a launch?
- Do you need ideas about what to include in your next launch?
- Are you convinced that launching just isn’t for you?
- Do you feel stressed simply thinking about your launch?
- Are you in need of a launch plan?
If you answered YES to more than five of these questions then it’s safe to say that you’re struggling to launch your idea into the world.
But don’t worry, I have lots of tips to help you overcome it and stop feeling stuck in your business!
Here are some ways to do that…
Work on your launch mindset
Before we do any of the practical launch-related tasks, I always start by clearing any negative launch beliefs or blocks. After all, you can’t move forward if you have limiting beliefs about launching that are holding you back! And mindset is often the reason why you might be feeling stuck in your business!
To work on your launch mindset, I encourage you to keep a journal where you write down all of the limiting beliefs that are coming up for you during a launch.
“Launching is too hard”
“I’m scared that I’ll burn out during the process of launching”
“I don’t want to appear too pushy during my launch”
Once you’ve written down the main limiting beliefs, it’s time to reframe them with positive affirmations.
“My launch is filled with ease and flow”
“I prioritise self-care during my launch”
“I easily attract my soul clients during my launch”
You might like to add these affirmations to your vision board or anywhere that is visible while you’re working on your launch.
Another great way of working on your launch mindset is with meditations! And if you’re not quite sure where to start with this then check out my Soulful Launching Meditation Bundle here!
Pick a launch strategy
Now that you’ve worked on your mindset, it’s time to pick a launch strategy.
But first, I want you to know something…
There is no perfect launch strategy!
It’s completely up to you to choose a strategy that works best for you. And when you choose a strategy because it feels best to you (not because it’s what other people are doing) then that is when it can make the most impact.

Create a launch calendar
Finally, one of the most powerful things you can do to stop feeling stuck in your business and launch is to create a launch calendar with due dates and timeframes. This always makes the launch feel ‘real’ and holds you accountable to a whole new level!
