For years I felt like there was this energy that I couldn't quite understand - like I felt like an outsider but I didn't know why.

I would react excessively to certain situations and felt triggered but again there was no clear explanation.

Then a few years ago whilst on holiday in Palm Cove (my soul home) I had what I can only describe as a lucid vision - I was awake but I wasn't fully in my body.

I was a priestess in a long emerald green gown going down a river on a barge. I just knew instinctively it was a past life vision - it's the one and only one I've ever had.

It was only years later when I started studying astrology and I learned a technique to explore karmic energy in my chart that it all finally made sense.

I can now understand why I feel a certain way, why I am triggered by certain situations, and why I feel like an outsider for no good reason.

It has helped me to move forward, heal this energy which I call my "karmic hangover" and to move towards my purpose in this lifetime which is the opposite of this karmic energy.
