I love using meditations during my launches and I find them one of the quickest and easiest ways to ensure a positive launch mindset. But when you mix meditation with a collection of intentional essential oils… well it doesn’t get much better! Essential oils can help to calm the mind and reduce stress so that you can reach a deeper meditation and really anchor into your intention. Frankincense

Frankincense is a warm and spicy essential oil that’s often described as “king of oils” due to it’s wide variety of uses and applications. Promoting feelings of peace, relaxation and satisfaction, Frankincense is one of the most grounding essential oils for launch meditation and has been known to enhance enlightenment.

How to use it:

  • Add a drop to the palm of your hands, rub them together and inhale before your meditation
  • Diffuse Frankincense during your meditation
  • Apply to the bottoms of your feet to help ground you and maintain relaxation after your meditation

Ylang Ylang

How to use it:

  • Apply a drop of Ylang Ylang to your wrists as a perfume during meditation
  • Diffuse Ylang Ylang before and during meditation
  • Add a few drops of Ylang Ylang with some water to a glass spray bottle and spritz on your body before and after meditation
